The Executive Director of The Lowy Institute for International Policy, Dr Michael Fullilove, will speak at Warrane on 9 October 2013.
Associated with the Institute since its establishment. Dr Fullilove wrote the feasibility study for the Institute in 2002 and has served as the Director of its Global Issues Program since 2003. He has also worked as a Visiting Fellow in Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC, as an adviser to Prime Minister Paul Keating, and as a lawyer and remains a Nonresident Senior Fellow at Brookings.
