If you have made a direct application to study at UNSW for a future admission period, you can access your university record through myUNSW.

You will be able to view the following details:

You will only be able to access your online admissions record when you have received written notification from the university that your application has been registered.

All direct applicants should receive an acknowledgement letter from the relevant Admissions Office within 4 weeks of submitting their application papers. This letter contains the following information:

Please note
Applicants who are informed by the Admissions Office that they have been unsuccessful for all the programs that they have applied for will not be able to access this online enquiry system.

The online application tracking pages are best viewed using at least Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape Navigator 5.0 at 800x600 resolution. You should also ensure that your Cookies are enabled.

Once you have all the required information, you may create a login to the myUNSW system, from where you will be able to view the details of your outstanding application(s).

Click here to create a new password (you will only have to go through this process once).

Current UNSW students
If you already have access to myUNSW as a student (to update your enrolment etc.) you should skip this step and use your existing login details to access this system.

This is the web interface to UNSW's student information system and is generally available Monday to Friday from 01:00 to 23:30.

Once you have successfully created a password you may login to the system here to view your current admissions record using your Login ID (your student number preceded by a 'z' e.g. z2222222) and Password.

Applicants will be granted access to their own record for the duration of the relevant admissions period. This means that your access will expire after the start of the term that you applied for admission to, unless you enrol as a new student. In this case, your access will be maintained for as long as you remain a student at UNSW.

However, if all of your applications have been denied or cancelled, your access will be discontinued a few weeks after that decision was made.
