Bridging Programs
The University of New South Wales Bridging Programs offer you the opportunity to revise Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics subjects and experience how these subjects are taught at university. Each course has a total of 40 hours of lectures, tutorials, laboratory classes and/or demonstration sessions in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry - Application Form.
SCATS - Domestic students only
Special Consideration for Applicants with Tertiary Study (SCATS) for applicants who have undertaken tertiary studies and who are applying for admission to an undergraduate program or the Juris Doctor via UAC Postgraduate. SCATS provides a mechanism for applicants whose secondary and/or tertiary performance has been affected by long-term educational disadvantage due to circumstances beyond their control to have this taken into account in the admissions process - Application Form

Undergraduate Programs
Domestic Applicants
All Domestic applicants (Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents and New Zealand citizens) seeking admission to an undergraduate program at UNSW must apply through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC)
International Applicants
International students attempting an Australian year 12 qualification (onshore or offshore), an International Baccalaureate in Australia or a New Zealand NCEA Level 3 must apply through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC). All other International students apply directly to UNSW through the International Office or click here to apply online.
Honours Programs
Students planning to go on to higher research (e.g. Master of Philosophy, PhD) are usually required to complete a bachelor program with honours. In some programs Honours is awarded at the completion of the program requirements. In others, students may apply to undertake a separate additional Honours year.
Entry into an Honours year depends entirely on the program authority concerned and is granted to a person who has satisfactorily completed the Pass degree of Bachelor at a standard set by the program authority.

Domestic Applicants
Currently enrolled UNSW Domestic students seeking to undertake an Honours program should apply directly to their Program Office. All other applicants must apply for admission to UNSW and are required to complete the Application Form submit it to the Admissions Office no later than 10 December (for Semester 1 intake) or 10 May (for Semester 2 intake).
International Applicants
Currently enrolled UNSW International students seeking to undertake an Honours program should apply directly to their Program Office. All other applicants must apply for admission to UNSW directly through the International Office or click here to apply online.
