Outstanding documentation

Outstanding documentation

If you have provided enough information about your academic studies to allow the Admissions Office to assess your eligibility to be made an offer to study, you may still be required to provide additional information to complete your application.

Some examples of this are:

Certified/original documentation

Documentation that you send with your application must be either the original or a certified copy. The Admissions Office is unable to return original copies and does not store these for any more than one year after admission. It is therefore recommended that applicants provide certified copies of their documentation, rather than the originals.

Documents may be certified by a registered Justice of the Peace or, in the case of academic transcripts, by the awarding institution. All documents must be in English or include a certified English translation.

Please note that the University will only accept original English Test results.

Proof of completion of current studies

You must provide certified documentation that shows you have successfully completed your current studies. This can take the form of a final academic transcript or degree certificate, indicating that you have been awarded a qualification.

If you are not able to provide this information when the Admissions Office first requests it, you must do so at the first opportunity. Unless otherwise indicated, your application will still be considered but any offer made will be provisional upon the receipt of these documents.

Further information about your current studies

This may include detailed descriptions of courses that you are studying, sample examination papers, examples or a portfolio of your work.

Proof of a change of name or residency

You are required to supply certified proof of changes to your name or your country of residency.

English Test Result

You are required to supply an original of your English proficiency test result.

Proof of English Proficiency

You are required to provide evidence that you meet the University’s English language requirement. Failure to do so may result in you being made a Conditional Offer only.

Please note - failure to provide documentation requested by the Admissions Office may result in any offer you are made being withdrawn. The University reserves the right to vary or reverse any decision made on the basis of untrue, incomplete or misleading information supplied as part of an application.
