The Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ) is an annual survey of graduates that provides a range of qualitative measures of students' educational experience at the University. Student satisfaction ratings derived from the CEQ form part of the set of indicators that have been identified by Council for use in regular and systematic evaluation of the University's performance. CEQ results are a mandatory component of the University's Educational Profiles submission to DEST. The survey has been carried out at all Australian universities since 1993, contributing to a national data collection as well as providing information of great value to UNSW itself in benchmarking and identification of good practice. It is thought to be the only example in the world of such a comprehensive survey of graduate satisfaction.
