Wizard Chairman joins Faculty of Commerce

Mark Bouris, Chairman of Australian Financial Investments Group and Wizard Home Loans, has accepted an invitation to join the Faculty of Commerce and Economics as Adjunct Professor in 2005.

Mr Bouris, who graduated with a Master of Commerce from UNSW in 1979, has already begun his involvement with the Faculty by delivering a recent Graduation Address and by participating in the Executive Dialogue, a program that provides students with the opportunity to network and build relationships with key business executives.

"Mark Bouris will bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the Faculty. His spirit of entrepreneurship and his leadership in building his company will provide our students with a direct link to the business world and an insight into the tough realities of day-to-day business in Australian financial services, " said Professor Greg Whittred, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Economics.
