MEDIA, NEWS & EVENTSThink ahead at UNSW's Info Day '0620 December 2005 It's decision time for many prospective university students who are considering their study options for 2006. To assist them in selecting the right course, the University of New South Wales will be holding its Info Day on Wednesday 4 January. The day will offer students the chance to have last-minute questions answered, gain a better understanding of university life and enjoy a free sausage sizzle. "Whether you are curious about different courses or need tips for managing student life, Info Day will help make your options clearer," says Amanda Snowden, Manager, Student Recruitment. "The University will be running workshops and lectures throughout the day enabling prospective students to make an informed decision." Staff from student services will also be available to answer questions about admissions, international exchanges, careers, scholarships and housing. Current students will also share their experiences and lead tours of the campus. For those who wish to change their UAC preferences, a phone line and internet link to UAC will be provided on the day.
