“The AGSM General Manager Program (GMP) provided me with an excellent grounding to deliver additional benefit to my organisation now, while having an expanded knowledge base for future roles and opportunities.
In my first week back at work, I gave a presentation to a room of 20-25 people and spoke with much greater clarity and impact and received feedback in this regard afterwards. The variety of the course content provided a great knowledge base of what is required when moving up into GM or similar roles.”
Phil Wooding, Chief Financial Officer, Dr Jones & Partners Medical Imaging
“The opportunity to complete the AGSM Women in Leadership (WIL) Course was a real catalyst for change, confidence building and learning. I come from a place where there’s three things that drive your success.
There are skills, some which I had to re-enforce and rejuvenate– while some were new. And there’s attitude and support. I know I have the right attitude and I have been extremely fortunate that the AGSM supported me in a way that really worked for me.”
Belinda Casselden, Director, Hope Believe Shine Foundation
“After completing AGSM’s Leading for High-Performance course, I have been able to use the tools I took away in a multitude of scenarios straight away. The confidence to be able to impart my message and manage high performers using practical frameworks has been priceless.”

“AGSM's Leadership Fundamentals course helped me discover how my leadership purpose and motivations fit within my organisation and allowed me to reflect on my readiness to lead before equipping me with the tools to do so.”
Simone Hunter, Commonwealth Department of Finance
“The AGSM Leading Change course has equipped me with the knowledge, tools and methodologies to drive and manage change in varied environments and in different capacities.
The online, blended learning mode of delivery comprised of multiple platforms and interactive features delivered through an expert team focused on support, encouragement and considering each individuals situation.”

“The AGSM Negotiation Essentials course has helped me prepare for some quite difficult conversations, where I’ve had to achieve a certain goal.
I think about the key concepts I learned and how to frame my argument, what to put forward and how to bundle incentives together. I now have these tools and frameworks at the forefront of my mind, that wasn’t there before.”
Stephen Brooker, General Manager at Mission Australia
