Applications must be made by completing the online form.

Script viewing guidelines
- Exam script viewing will take place on-campus. An email will be sent to you with the viewing date and time.
- You will be able to view your examination script for a maximum of 20 minutes.
- You will not be able to see your marks, answers or any grader feedback. You will only be able to see your answers as on the exam paper.
- You are not allowed to copy or share your exam responses.
- There will be no opportunity to discuss or dispute the marks allocated for the final examination paper at that time.
- If you wish to have your final examination re-assessed, you will need to lodge a request for review of results.
