Valentin Heimhuber

Research Associate

As a researcher, I am interested in the application of Earth observation and climate model data for improving the management of water resources and aquatic ecosystems on globally significant scales. I typically use large spatio-temporal datasets and statistics to develop knowledge and tools that are suitable for addressing key challenges related to the global freshwater and biodiversity crisis. I am currently researching the likely impacts of climate change on estuaries in Australia and around the world.
