Translating innovative healthcare ideas presents a range of challenges—from navigating regulatory requirements and clinical implementation to understanding complex payment models. No innovator can tackle these alone, making it essential to collaborate with others who bring complementary skillsets to the table.

This morning tea event brought together key members of the UNSW entrepreneurial ecosystem to explore how innovators can identify the expertise needed and build multidisciplinary teams that support successful healthcare innovation. The session offered valuable insights into team-building strategies and highlighted the importance of collaboration in turning ideas into viable solutions.
