About this speaker:

Keith Humphreys is an addiction researcher and is the Esther Ting Memorial Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University. He served as Senior Drug Policy Advisor in the White House of U.S. President Barack Obama, has testified in legislatures in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., and has been involved in incorporating scientific evidence into legislation in many countries.
