A/Prof Marjan Khajehei holds Bachelor's and Master's degree in Midwifery and a PhD in Public Health. She is a passionate researcher, clinician and academic, committed to ongoing enhancement of healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. She owns in-depth understanding of relevant research regulations guidelines (ie. ICH/GCP, TGA) and has contributed to the establishment, implementation and progress management (ie. designing, planning, budgeting, ethics approvals, managing the research team and outcomes delivery) of both quantitative and qualitative research (ie. randomised clinical trials, retrospective file reviews, surveys and interviews).
She possess strong leadership, mentoring and training skills, and ishighly capable of motivating and integrating teams. Her strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as solid understanding of change management principles have enabled her to efficiently conduct research in multicultural matrix organisations in Australia, across government hospitals, NGOs, Universities, not-for-profit organisations, research institutes and private sector.
She holds a track record of publications and creating an exceptional learning experience through speaking at national and international congresses, seminars and workshops. Her expertise in delivering innovative, learner-centred education is of the highest professional standards.
