Summary

The study qualitatively examines two core foundational activities that affect teachers' use of student assessment data; assessment data collection (ADC) and assessment data analysis (ADA). The teachers' processes and the factors that influence these processes are investigated in order to foster fit-for-purpose change initiatives relating to data-driven decision making in the classroom.
