Perfectly Positioned with Purpose? Exploring ethos, mission and generational change in Australian, faith-based Independent Schools.
Many faith-based schools describe a sense of "ethos", which can also translate to organisational culture. This thesis attempts to understand the role of mission for faith-based independent schools and how ethos may be affected by generational change. These interactions are explored in terms of stakeholders' perceptions of preserving an "ethos" when balancing the needs of multi-generational change.
