Miss Munirah Izzah Binti Mohammad

Munirah a PhD candidate from UNESCO Centre of Membrane Science and Technology at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), studying metal organic frameworks (MOF) thin film coatings for encapsulations and separations. She received her BE (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from UNSW in 2016. Previously, she studied biocatalytic membrane modifications using TiO2 nanoparticles for CO2 capture applications. Her research interests are in MOF thin applications as a membrane layer in biosensors, gas separations and ion separations.
