Peter Pham is an Associate Professor in the School of Banking and Finance at UNSW, and previously held an academic position at the University of Sydney. His research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance and capital raisings, with particular focus on business groups, multinational firms and entrepreneurial firms. He has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Management Science, and Journal of Banking and Finance. He teaches courses on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. Outside of UNSW, he currently serves in the role of President of the Vietnam Finance Association International.
