Phong is a PhD student at UNSW School of Management and Governance. His dissertation focuses on how employees’ perceptions of organisational change processes influence their change attitudes and behaviours. Phong has also engaged in research in organisational diversity, individual financial behaviours (e.g., retirement saving), and corporate governance.
