School of Materials Science & Engineering

I am a Scientia Senior Lecturer and ARC Future Fellow. I work on quantum materials with novel physical properties, including topological insulators, interface superconductors and two-dimensional materials. My research techniques include molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) technique and scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM). I got my PhD in physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Before joining UNSW in April 2022, I worked as a Vice-Chancellor's Research Fellowship and Discovery Early Career Researcher Award fellow at the University of Wollongong.
