My research focuses on various approaches to urban design at the nexus of sustainability, disaster response, and indigenous wisdom. Furthermore, I am passionate about Indonesia’s architecture and the rise of traditional knowledge in my framework of ideas. I am interested in ancient architecture, which I believe would provide a contemporary urban remedy for today and the future. As a result, I devote a considerable amount of time to researching coastal places, riverbanks, and also the establishment of the character of urban spaces.
