A Systems Approach to Governance of Public Urban Gardening - This PhD research examines urban gardening in publicly accessible spaces, for example along streets, footpaths, or in public squares. How is this community-based urban greening being implemented and managed? A participatory systems approach is used to explore these complex governance processes in the case of Greater Sydney, Australia and Southern Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This study aims to assist policymakers and activists to collaboratively create greener and healthier public spaces. To find out more go to Urban gardening research.
