  • Complete our Update Your Details Form or email us at alumni@unsw.edu.au, and we’ll update your details on our database. 

  • To receive the most relevant updates, exclusive offers and opportunities, and stay connected with your UNSW Alumni community.

  • Anytime your contact or personal details change, such as your name, address or preferred email address.

  • Visit the myIT webpage for instructions. If you experience technical issues, please contact the UNSW IT Service Centre on +61 2 9385 1333 or at itservicecentre@unsw.edu.au for assistance.

  • Access to your UNSW student email expires 3 months after your degree is conferred and is only retained if you continue studying as an enrolled student at UNSW.

  • Submit an application via the transcript request form here to request a physical copy (fees apply). Digital transcripts can be accessed through My eQuals.  

  • Submit an application via the online web form here (fees apply). 

  • Contact us at alumni@unsw.edu.au or fill in our contact form below. Provide your full name, date of birth, graduation year and qualification name so we can help find your zID.

  • A free 3-year membership that gives UNSW alumni on-campus access to the UNSW Sydney Library. This includes borrowing items and using computers (but not accessing off-campus e-journals). Apply via the UNSW Library website.

  • Log in or register via the UNSW Alumni Portal.

  • Alumni can access: Wiley Journals, Project Muse and Sage Journals (full access) plus JSTOR, PubMed and GreenFILE (open access only).

  • Allow up to 5 working days for your account to be activated. If issues persist, please contact us at alumni@unsw.edu.au for assistance.

Career Discovery Mentoring Program

The Career Discovery Mentoring Program (CDMP) aims to inspire UNSW students by connecting them with established UNSW alumni working across diverse industries and professions worldwide. The program runs three times a year in alignment with the University’s student calendar: Term 1 (March – April), Term 2 (May – July) and Term 3 (Sept – Oct).

Year 10 Gateway Program

The Year 10 program is a component of the UNSW Gateway Admission Pathway Program. It is a one-day, in-person program, designed to support Year 10 students from a variety of socio-educational and low socioeconomic backgrounds. The program does this by connecting students with UNSW alumni who help them explore their strengths, passions and goals.

Our Alumni Experience Team can work with you to plan and deliver your reunion event, providing specialist support for tasks like locating your fellow classmates, sending email communications about the reunion to your cohort on your behalf, suggesting suitable venues on campus and much more.
