Our vision

Our long term vision is to co-create networked, intelligent systems that build institutional and societal resilience in fragile and high risk states (fragile states).

Fragile states pose some of the most formidable challenges to global stability, particularly in an era defined by growing geo-political complexity, contestation and disruption.

Our core strategy focuses on strengthening resilience by investing in local leadership, building coalitions and networks and supporting collective action. This approach is designed to strengthen local institutions, improve economic wellbeing and foster social cohesion.

We place a strong emphasis on network centric analysis, strategies and operations, recognising the value of interconnected systems in complex environments.

This vision is grounded in meaningful international and local partnerships, built through genuine collaboration and co-creation.
