Dr Arash Shaghaghi will be a speaker at The Australian Cyber Conference 2023 in Melbourne. This conference is organised by the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), which is a nationally recognised peak body for cyber security professionals that champions the development of a robust information security sector by building the capacity of professionals, advancing the cyber security and safety of the Australian public as well as businesses and governments. AISA Cyber Conference is typically attended by delegates ranging from company directors and managers to public servants, lawyers, risk and privacy professionals, software architects and technical security specialists from a broad range of industries such as education, finance, government, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, transportation and utilities.

Dr Shaghaghi will present the outcome of his collaborative interdisciplinary research with colleagues at the University of Adelaide and Deakin University on the security and privacy risks of data after death. This talk will highlight the problem and present an overview of the solutions investigated as part of the project.
