Naomi Oxenham
Naomi Oxenham is the Senior Program Manager at the Intelligent Systems for State and Societal Resilience Hub (IS4SSR) at UNSW Canberra. She brings over a decade of experience in leadership across international and community development programs, and stakeholder engagement.
Naomi has successfully managed complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in dynamic and challenging environments both in Australia and internationally. Her previous roles include positions with the Australian National University, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and international NGOs and civil society organisations.
She holds a Master of International and Community Development and a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Assistance from Deakin University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the Australian National University. She has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Passionate about delivering impactful programs with strong governance, Naomi is committed to fostering partnerships that create sustainable, long-term benefits for vulnerable communities. In her current role at UNSW Canberra, she supports the Hub’s mission to co-design and implement innovative technical solutions that strengthen resilience and enable informed decision-making in fragile and vulnerable states.
