Prof Paul Wallace visited NDARC in March 2014 to present a guest seminar on the use of digital screening and brief interventions for problematic alcohol use.

The presentation canvassed:

early iterations of digital screeners and interventions
early and significant trials that assessed the feasibility and impact of digital screeners and interventions on substance use
current trials that are underway, and how they will add to the evidence base

Prof Paul Wallace is a former general practitioner and Primary Care Director of the UK's National Institute for Health Research's Clinical Research Network. He is an Emeritus Professor at University College, London.
