Waitlists

For our assessment services, please note we require you to submit your formal referral via the Contact Form in order to be added to the waitlist. 

Please do not send referrals if the waitlist is closed.  We will not be able to accept your referral, add it to the waitlist or contact you if the specific waitlist is closed.

For Child Cognitive Assessments, we only accept referrals for children who have commenced schooling. A referral or detailed letter of assessment from a School Counsellor, Learning Support Coordinator, Pediatrician, Psychiatrist or Psychologist is required. We do not accept referrals where only a GP has been consulted.

Please note that for most services we are offering the choice between face-to-face or telehealth appointments. Please see our FAQs page for more information.

Following your enquiry, your intake details will be reviewed by a clinic supervisor to determine whether our service is suitable for your needs. If your intake is accepted, you will be placed on the clinic waitlist and contacted when an appointment becomes available. If our service is not the most appropriate option, we will contact you to discuss alternative referral options that may better meet your needs.
