Anna is the visionary Chief Executive Officer at Flybys, driving the national growth and performance of Australia's #1 loyalty program. Her unwavering dedication and dynamic leadership inspire a team of over 300 Flybuys employees, united in their mission to simplify, safeguard, and enrich the daily spending experiences of more than 9 million Australians.

Fuelled by an innate passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, Anna embarked on her professional journey fortified by a robust academic foundation. As a proud UNSW alumnus, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, specialising in Accounting, Business Law, and Taxation. This educational pursuit honed her astute understanding of commerce intricacies and laid the groundwork for her subsequent triumphs in the business landscape.

With nearly three decades of experience, Anna has expertly navigated multifaceted responsibilities encompassing Finance, Operations, People & Culture, Legal, Risk and Compliance, IT, and Office Management. Commencing her corporate career with Big 4 disciplines, she has since forged an accelerated career trajectory across high-growth corporate environments throughout Australia, NZ, and APAC, including The Iconic, NORA, Groupon, Adshel (now oOh!media), and currently, Flybuys.

Anna's academic accomplishments at UNSW not only fortified her technical acumen but also instilled a solid work ethic and commitment to excellence. An advocate of lifelong learning, she continually remains at the forefront of developments in commerce, accounting, and business law, allowing her to quickly adapt to the ever-evolving business landscape and steer Flybuys towards sustained growth and continuous innovation.

In recognition of her expertise and influence, Anna proudly serves on the Industry Advisory Council for UNSW, School of Accounting, Audit & Taxation. Moreover, she is a sought-acer speaker who frequently addresses audiences on a diverse range of topics, including gender equality, career development, finance, customer advocacy, and retail, sharing her wealth of knowledge and insights.
