Preventure is a school-based program piloted by Dr Patricia Conrod in Canada and then developed at the National Addiction Centre in the UK to be developmentally and culturally appropriate for UK youth. It is designed to prevent substance misuse in school-aged children. This technical report addresses the 'duty of care' requirements of those implementing the Preventure program in Australia.
