About this webinar

This seminar explored the effects of the 2017-18 Northern Territory alcohol reforms – specifically the Banned Drinker Register, Minimum Unit Price, and Police Auxiliary Liquor Inspectors - on adult domestic, family, and sexual violence. The findings from a series of studies from Ms Sarah Clifford's PhD study will be presented.

About the speaker

Ms Sarah Clifford is a postdoctoral researcher at Menzies School of Health Research. Her work focuses on the relationship between alcohol use and harm and how policies can impact these outcomes. She has a background in health promotion and is currently undertaking a fellowship focused on the commercial determinants of alcohol use and harm in the Northern Territory.
