The Illicit Drug Reporting System (IDRS) is a monitoring system designed to identify emerging trends in illicit drug markets which are of local and national concern.

The Reporting System comprises data collected each year from three sources: interviews with a sentinel group of people who regularly inject drugs (participants); interviews with key experts; and analysis of pre-existing data related to illicit drugs.
