About this webinar:

This seminar will provide an overview of the evidence base of local New South Wales alcohol policy while focusing on an example of research evidence that has yet to be translated into policy. The findings from a series of studies from Ms Michala Kowalski's PhD study on alcohol policy in New South Wales will be presented.

About the speaker:

Dr Michala Kowalski is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre. She is also involved in national and international collaborations, including the Drug Policy Modelling Program Network and the Global Cannabis Cultivation Research Consortium. Her research interests include alcohol policy, cannabis policy, and harm reduction.
