The Ecstasy and Related Drugs Reporting System (EDRS) is a national drug monitoring system intended to identify emerging trends of local and national concern in illicit drug markets, and form part of Drug Trends

The aims of this bulletin are to examine (i) recent (past six-month) use of crystal methamphetamine, coupled with recent use of commercial pipes to smoke crystal methamphetamine, (ii) difficulties accessing a commercial ball pipe and subsequent behaviours; and (iii) health problems associated with smoking crystal methamphetamine, among a sentinel sample of people who regularly use ecstasy and other illicit stimulants in Australia, in 2021.
