Clare Bailey completed a Bachelor of Design at UNSW Art & Design.

Clare is CEO at Corlette, a world-leading luxury, hospitality and lifestyle brand agency. With studios in Sydney, Shanghai, Singapore, and London Corlette’s clients include AccorHotels, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, InterContinental Hotel Group, Marriott International, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and more. Specialising in branding, signage and wayfinding, Corlette’s portfolio spans luxury hotels and resorts, bars and restaurants, large mixed-use developments, retail, offices, residences, and urban wayfinding programs around the globe. Corlette was recognised as Asian Exporter of the Year at the NSW Premier’s Export Awards 2018 and is shortlisted again this year.

Clare’s career spans 20 years in design management and brand consulting across corporate, finance, government, tourism, sport, media, and not-for-profit sectors. Starting out as a designer, Clare then worked in Design Management for several European PR/publishing houses, followed by executive management roles for WPP agencies in Dublin and Sydney. In Australia, Ireland, and the UK her work has been recognised in numerous awards including Rebrand 100, Transform Asia-Pacific, and the GDBA Effectiveness Awards. Clare’s previous clients have included Australia for UNHCR, Central Bank of Ireland, Citibank, City of Melbourne, Defence Signals Directorate, Football Federation Australia, Fox Sports, Foxtel, McGrath Foundation, National Lottery Ireland, RBS, SBS, Surf Life-Saving Australia, University of Sydney, Velocity Frequent Flyer, Virgin Australia, and Vodafone Ireland.

Clare believes we are all inherently creative and that industry leaders have a responsibility to support that creative expression for the most socially positive, and commercial effective, outcomes. Clare is an industry mentor and certified organizational coach.
