Emily Sinclair

Emily Sinclair completed a Bachelor of Art Theory, now Bachelor of Fine Arts (Art Theory), at UNSW Art & Design and a Master of Curating and Cultural Leadership.

Emily Sinclair is the recipient of the prestigious 2013 Nick Waterlow Scholarship. She has followed her love of writing, art, and education. She’s worked at the Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation as a gallery assistant and at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in the area of Pre-1900 Western Art, Works on Paper. Her research skills and interest in community development saw her undertake a series of feasibility studies for Kirsten Davies + Associates around museum planning for Wollongong City Council, Hawkesbury City Council and Orange City Council. She’s now living in New York working for the international auction house Phillips.
