Kelsey Shanahan

Kelsey Shanahan completed a Bachelor of Digital Media, now Bachelor of Media Arts.

Kelsey is a design director for DD8, a creative company dedicated to designing, directing, shooting and post-producing work for the entertainment industry. All aspects of their projects are completed using in-house talent, including Kelsey, who specialises in motion graphics, compositing, 3D modelling and animation, graphic design, and VFX supervision. DD8 is known for having done Nickelodeon’s High Definition brand development, the visual effects for Ogivy’s ‘bad milk dragon’ as part of the Nestle Bear brand, and Fox Sport’s rebrand launch in 2015.

Kelsey, who did the rebrand for the Go! Channel at DD8, won the Idents & Stings prize at the Animation & Effects Awards Festival.
