Artwork title: Interspace

The perspectives of time are fickle, far too dependent on the individual to be confined to artificial units. Seconds, minutes, hours and so on are meaningless in the face of the lingering moment. This work captures those moments within the perspective of the individual, saturated with the hesitancy of the person and fleeting thoughts of another. The idea for this work came to me during a walk, truly, in the spur of the moment. When I saw the barren trees, I had thought: Where did all the time go?

I am a Vietnamese Australian artist with an attachment to impermanence. I hope to inject magic into those fleeting moments and connect with the audience through retrospective nostalgia.
