E-Learning

UNSW in collaboration with Cognicity have developed an online e-learning course on the way we think and unconscious knowledge and bias. This will help construction organisations ensure a transparent and criteria-based formal recruitment/promotion process that can support women in entering and developing their career in the construction industry. If you or your company would like to participate in this online training, please contact Yenny Bendatu at y.bendatu@unsw.edu.au
