Activists, diplomats to speak at Mandela tribute
South Africa's Acting High Commissioner to Australia and anti-apartheid activists will be among guests at a celebration of the life of Nelson Mandela at UNSW this Saturday.
South Africa's Acting High Commissioner to Australia and anti-apartheid activists will be among guests at a celebration of the life of Nelson Mandela at UNSW this Saturday.
South Africa's Acting High Commissioner to Australia and leading anti-apartheid activists will be among guests at a celebration of the life of Nelson Mandela at UNSW this Saturday.
Organised by UNSW's Australian Human Rights Centre (AHRC) and the African Women Australia Network, the celebration will take place on UNSW's Library Lawn, home to the Nelson Mandela bust.
The public is invited to attend what will be one of the main tribute events in Australia. Musicians and singers from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Australia will also perform.
