Elena Keller
Elena is a Health Economist specialising in the analysis of linked administrative health datasets to provide evidence on whether treatments provide good value for money. Currently, she is a Senior Data Scientist within the National Perinatal Epidemiology and Statistics Unit (NPESU) at the Centre for Big Data Research in Health (CBDRH). Her work focusses on economic evaluations and data analyses in the context of fertility treatments, maternal and neonatal interventions.
Prior to this role, Elena completed her PhD at UNSW Sydney which developed novel methods to evaluate fertility treatments from an economic perspective. She also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences (Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Germany) and a Master's degree in Health Economics (University of Queensland, Australia).
