I am interested in statistical methods for research synthesis. I have a background in applied statistics and data analysis. Previously I worked on animal density modeling projects, clinical trial analyses, and multi-omics data analyses.

Project: New statistical tools for meta-analysis in ecology and evolutionary biology

Supervised by: Shinichi Nakagawa, David Warton

Project Description: As the literature expands, the challenge remains to produce reliable and informative syntheses of empirical evidence. Despite several recent developments, there is still a need for transparent evaluation of methodologies, easy-to-use implementations, and practical guidelines to run complex meta-analysis studies in ecology and evolutionary ecology. My research aims to review, implement, and further develop multi-species meta-analysis methods for applications in ecology and evolutionary biology.
