Haley Stone is a Research Associate at the CRUISE Lab in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at UNSW. Her research focuses on epidemic modeling, machine learning, and computational biology, with interests spanning SEIR models, agent-based simulation, graph-based inference, and phylogenetics. She completed her PhD at the Kirby Institute, where she worked on pandemic preparedness and the integration of genomic and epidemiological data to model infectious disease dynamics.
