Dr Hiroki Suyama

Hiroki has completed a BBiotech(hons) and a PhD (Microbiology) at the University of New South Wales. His background is in infectious diseases microbiology. Hiroki’s research performed under Prof. Ruiting Lan and Dr. Laurence Luu involved increasing the understanding of Bordetella pertussis, the etiological agent of Whooping Cough. 

He is now currently working at the UNSW RNA Institute as a scientist in RNA analytics.
