Miss Liwen Guo

Liwen Guo is currently a research associate in economics at the University of New South Wales and a research assistant in social science at Western Sydney University. Liwen undertook her doctoral studies in economics at the University of New South Wales, focusing on poverty, resilience and labor market choices in China. Liwen's research interests are in the fields of labor economics, economic history and environmental economics.

She is a Fellow of the Global Labor Organization and has served as a Virtual Young Scholar. Her past affiliations include the National Bureau of Economic Research, where she assisted in projects remotely and on-site. She also was a visiting fellow at Harvard University.
