Artwork Title: Us

The work revolves around the concept of intimate relationships. In the traditional Chinese family, the relationship between parents and children is not just a blood tie, but a deeper and more intimate one. It reflected the important fact that each audience can find themselves in this context. In the traditional Chinese family, the parent-child relationship is the most complex relationship. We are like the closest strangers. But in the moving image experimental work ‘Intimacy relationship’, I dissected the relationship between parents and children through three aspects: visual, auditory, and tactile. Observing manifest parents’ love, inspires the audience to think deeply and better understand the intimate relationship between parents and children.
