The UNSW Business School, in partnership with Practera, are offering students the opportunity to work on a 2-week real-world business experience.

The Shared Value program connects student teams with real clients to undertake business strategy and analysis designed to solve social issues, profitably.

As a student consultant in this program, you'll:

  • Work in a team with other students from UNSW as business consultants
  • Respond to a brief provided by a real client
  • Work with your allocated team to conduct 2-week market research / suggest initiatives designed to solve social issues, profitably
  • Develop real world professional skills

You'll undertake market research and suggest initiatives that will enhance the positive impact your client organisation can have on society, as well as support the organisation’s growth and profit. You’ll produce a final report that provides insights and recommendations that demonstrates the research undertaken and identifies shared value initiatives for your client.

Please see the table below for Business Experience programs 2021 dates. Students are encouraged to complete more than one business project but will only be able to apply and participate in one project at a time.
