The UNSW Business School, in partnership with Practera are offering students the opportunity to work on a 2-week real-world business experience.

Social Media Strategy is a virtual team-based experiential learning experience where student teams are connected with industry partners to solve real problems. The project will be to scan the market changes, identify growth or adaptation options of their assigned project and look to innovate the clients’ business model with a social media strategy.

Students will be required to commit to 25 hours in total over the 2-week experience. Student teams can meet in person or collaborate completely online to complete the project.

 

  • Most likely! Social Media Strategy is open to all UNSW Business School students, both undergraduate and postgraduate. 

    • Career Accelerator: Essentials modules must be completed prior to enrolment, log in using student-enrolment key: Career_Accelerator.

    • You have achieved a score in yellow or green zone for your “LinkedIn profile” on the Career AI platform (Aspire module).

  • Expressions of Interest for Term 2 2022 have now closed and more information will be provided next year for offerings in 2023.

  • This is an extra-curricular program. To gain the official certification, you must complete:

    • Compulsory pre-program information session
    • The 25-hour time commitment
    • Draft market research and insights report submission
    • Final report submission
    • Student feedback survey
