Archer He

Archer He is a Higher Degree Research (HDR) student in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. With over five years of professional experience in secondary education and prior industry exposure in financial services, his research interests centre on dynamic capabilities and how organisations adapt, reconfigure, and sustain performance in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.  

He is passionate about teaching and mentoring, with extensive classroom experience in secondary education. Archer is committed to fostering critical thinking and analytical capability, and he aspires to contribute to management education.
