About 

Chloe (Thuy Trinh) is currently a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Business School, specialising in information systems. Her research primarily centers on digital transformation and digital sustainability.  She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Information Systems from Macquarie University and pursued a Master of Science (by Research) in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow. 

 

Before starting her PhD, Chloe gained valuable experience as a research assistant. In this role, she contributed to the design and development of systems for sustainability analysis, industry research, and AI-driven technologies. Her research extends to multimodal machine learning and action design research. 

 

With a blend of both technical skills and business experience, Chloe is currently interested in conducting impactful research within the realms of digital transformation and digital sustainability. Her goal is to contribute meaningful insights to these fields, leveraging her skill set and experiences.
