Christian is a PhD candidate in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. His research interests are in evidence-based management, individual differences, and the psychology of decision making in organisations.
An organisational psychologist with over 15 years experience in the corporate world across Australia and Asia, Christian is focused on the translation of research into practice and using behavioural science to make leaders and organisations better.
